Each device page lists the right files and avoids confusion between formats like IPA, APK, and DMG.

Check updates first if something fails

If a file is temporarily unavailable, the Updates page will show the latest announcements.

File types explained

IPA (iOS)

An iOS app file used for installing on iPhone/iPad when Direct Install is not available.

APK / ARM32 (Android)

Android install files. ARM32 is for devices that require a 32-bit build.

DMG (macOS)

A macOS disk image used to install apps by dragging into Applications.

iOS download steps

If you are on iPhone or iPad, use the iOS page to choose Direct Install or IPA. If Direct Install is down, IPA is the fallback.

Android download steps

Android users should download the correct APK. If a device needs a specific build, use ARM32. If a region build is needed, use the VNG option.

If your device blocks installs, enable install permission for your browser or file manager.

Step 3

If installation fails, confirm you used the correct build and try the ARM32 or VNG option if needed.

macOS download steps

macOS installs use DMG. Download the DMG, open it, then move the app to Applications.

Step 1

Download the DMG from the macOS downloads page.

Step 2

Open the DMG and drag the app into Applications.

Step 3

If macOS warns you on first open, check system security settings and allow the app if appropriate.

Nothing downloads

Try another browser, reload the page, and check the Updates page for availability notices.

Wrong file installed

Use the platform pages to match the correct file type: IPA for iOS, APK for Android, DMG for macOS.
