Before you ask for help

The fastest support starts with the basics: confirm your device page, confirm your file type, and confirm the download completed. Most support issues come from wrong file types, incomplete downloads, or missing install permissions.

What to include when asking for help

• Your device type: iOS, Android, or macOS
• What you downloaded: IPA, APK, or DMG
• What step fails: download, install, launch
• Any error message text you see
• What browser you used

iOS IPA installs

If you are installing via IPA, you typically need a signing/install tool. Common choices include Ksign or Esign. If one tool fails, try the other. Re-download the IPA if the file looks incomplete.

• Follow the tool’s install flow
• Complete any trust prompts if needed

Android APK installs

Android may block installs until you allow your browser or file manager to install unknown apps. After enabling, re-open the APK and install.

• Install and launch

macOS DMG installs

Most DMG installs require dragging the app into Applications. If macOS shows a security message, check Privacy & Security settings.

• Open DMG → drag app to Applications
• Open from Applications

Quick fixes

• Try a different browser if the download button does nothing
• Switch networks if your network blocks downloads
• Confirm storage space
• Delete and re-download the file if it looks incomplete
• Restart the device and retry
